  • Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry, located in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating sales quotes, processing sales orders, conducting product research, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role involves working closely with customers and utilizing various software tools, including CRM and Microsoft Office Suites.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and prepare sales quotes for customers

    • Receive, process, and confirm customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

    • Actively follow up with customers to identify new sales opportunities

    • Conduct product research to handle customer information requests efficiently

    • Proactively promote the purchase of products and services to current and prospective customers

    • Ensure a strategic focus on sales operations to meet organizational and team goals

    • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution

    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services

    • Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

    • Use Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and correspondence. Requirements - Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

    • Familiar with 'About Time' software

    • Experienced in handling cash activity

    • Knowledgeable about closing processes in the semi-conductors and electric component manufacturing industry

    • Excellent at handling customer complaints and providing satisfactory solutions

    • Able to effectively communicate with the C-Suite (Company's top executives) and other stakeholders

    • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in the semi-conductors or electric component manufacturing industry is preferred

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
