Insurance Customer Service Representative

Manpower is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a local Insurance Agency in the Huntington, WV area. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a driven professional!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries over the phone and via email.

• Work within the computer system to maintain all records.

• Work towards insurance licensure.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.

• Prior experience in the Insurance Industry preferred.

• Ability to work directly with clients in person or on the phone.

• Ability to prioritize and must be organized.

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Above average computer skills.
