Intake Representative

We have an outstanding Contract position for anIntake Representativeto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TXsurrounding area.

Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty , center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).

Responsibilities :

• Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support

• Provide liaison support between customers

• Coordinate with other departments

• Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs

• Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation

• Receive product orders and process shipments

• Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule

• Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects

• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• High School or equivalent and 1 year of experience

• Must have reliable transportation
