Inventory Asset Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Supporting inventory management and audits.

• Monitoring contract performance and taking appropriate actions to address issues or deviations.

• Logging devices into the database for documentation and tracking.

• Scheduling and completing administrative projects and expediting work results.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement in service delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Supporting inventory management and audits.

• 1-3 years experience in customer service or similar role.

• Inventory control experience - preferred.

• Strong Excel and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
