Robert Half is searching for a Buyer/Planner for a local organization to join a great team!! This role is located near Exeter/Epping, NH. The ideal Candidate is someone who has experience in scheduling, project management, logistics or something similar. MUST be strong with analytics, numbers and financials, STRONG Excel and can handle fast-paced and proactive problem solving within a manufacturing setting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Project Management: Managing the warehouse from a logistics side - ensuring everything from deliveries, staffing, damages and inventory, shipping and all other matters are being met. Problem solving and proactive planning to ensure problems are taken care of so that shipping is not delayed.

• Analyzing budgets and financials to ensure they are met, and accounted for.

• Scheduling of staff to ensure needs are met, accounted for if there are call outs or seasonal busy times.

• Financial reporting in excel

• Analyzing previous and future reporting, budgets, sales to plan accordingly

• Ensuring compliance is met

• MUCH more

Requirements

The perfect fit will be someone with strong problem solving, ability to learn and work independently, can handle constant change, fast-paced work environments and can work with a team.

• Strong Excel (pivots/VLOOKUPs)

• Financial or accounting experience/exposure

• Reporting

• Strong Analysis skills

• Experience in Scheduling, project management (in a related field) or logistics and planning

• Manufacturing is ideal
