As a material coordinator / inventory clerk, you will perform assigned duties in the preparation, verification, kitting / packaging and shipping of goods. Daily responsibilities will include: MUST BE PROFICIENT IN -- shipping systems, shipping components, kitting, shortages, receiving, pulling sales orders, wip receipts, locating stock and PRODUCTION SUPPORT Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock Compiling balance, price and cost reports Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise. Compacting boxes and maintaining organization of assigned areas Perform data entry duties either on the ERP system or via RF Scanner and associated software Perform daily Cycle Counts Work closely with QC Department to create repair orders for non-conforming materials from production and update all notes through ERP system with exact parts needing replacing or reworking Process material transfer orders (MTO's) for both of our sister plants Interface with Internal and External Clients Maintain warehouse equipment including but not limited to: printers, tape dispensers, fork lifts, insta-pak machines and compactor (removing bales) Skills and Abilities Reading, writing and basic math skills Pc literacy with experience in ERP systems, MS Word, MS Excel and database programs Forklift usage (10% of job duty)
