Inventory Control Clerk III

We are hiring immediately for a full time, Inventory Control Clerk III, with a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this role is mission critical.

Your role:

As an Inventory Control Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to receive incoming products from the shipping/receiving area. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of jobs for Receiving Inspection, creating data packs for inventory, and requesting certification from buyers. This role requires proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.

• Prepare and route parts to designated buildings

• Transfer materials to projects and different locations

• Take the lead in managing COMMON inventory

• Safely transport chemicals, solvents, and adhesives to the designated chemical building

• Conduct cycle counts of parts and perform stock checks

• Perform basic receiving tasks, ensuring materials match purchase orders

• Receive and handle Customer & Government Owned materials

• Process RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

• Open boxes and accurately count parts

• Remove debris from parts

• Handle explosive receipts in accordance with established procedures

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• 5 -10 Years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or materials management (including Hazardous material) for commercial and government customers.

• Ability to research and interpret product drawings for requirements to enable proper packaging and transportation of products for both foreign and domestic shipments.

• Ability to work independently per daily management or assigned tasks.

• Knowledge of CFR49 and AF Manual 24-204, IATA regulations and ICAO regulations.

Pay range pending.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
