Inventory Operator 1st Shift

We are hiring for Manufacturing Inventory Material Handlers to join our team!

Positions Available:

1st Shift - $18.00/HR

These positions are NOT temporary. Will be contract-to-hire. Will be brought on permanently as long as initial attendance and performance is well. Description:

Candidates primary responsibility would be to receive inbound raw materials (FedEx, UPS, LTL shipments, truckload and tanker deliveries), process inbound inventory in receiving, work with QC and Purchasing on discrepancies and transfer approved material to appropriate warehouse and production location.

Workers will transfer raw materials, finished product, pick orders, stage orders and load customer orders on trucks and keep the area organized.

• Must be comfortable with a computer

• Experience driving a forklift is a plus - will be placing heavy loads in upper racks.

• Must be comfortable working in a GMP environment and will be given a uniform.

General Process is

1. Bring product off the truck into warehouse

2. Verify quantity, lots, and product #'s

3. Sign Bill of Lading (BOL)

4. Receive the product in their inventory system

5. Put the product in QC hold for testing

6. Document that it has been put in the right inventory place.
