    Our Program Management team is seeking a client focused Invoice Processing Coordinator to join our project team in Long Island City, NY . In this role you'll receive and process construction project invoices for all contract/vendor types including Architect/Engineer designer, Construction Managers, Contractors, Consultants and provide administrative office support to the overall program management team when needed. You'll prepare internal Jacobs's payment applications, ensuring proper audit proof documentation is compiled for payments and be the main point of contact offering solutions for any invoice related queries from the client, contractors, architects/engineers, and construction teams.

    Through your interactions with Jacobs Corporate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, you'll provide financial and operations support to ensure proper revenue recognition and invoicing is captured and maintain historical records of invoices electronically. As an important member of the project team, you'll support the program team members with administrative support managing spreadsheets, meeting scheduling, filing, phone calls, correspondence, and record keeping.

    Here's what you'll need :

    • Associates degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

    • 2 years' financial/accounting related experience including processing of invoices, bookkeeping, spreadsheet utilization, including the management of records

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams

    Ideally, You'll Also Have:

    • Current Section 3 resident

    • Experience with public housing or other agency/governmental work setting

    • Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    • Experience with eBuilder Project Management System

    The base salary range for this position is $41,600 to $52,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
