Invoicing Representative - Freeport, NY

Our client, an industry leader in HVAC and refrigeration management services, is seeking an Invoicing Representative to join their team in Freeport, NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity. The ideal candidate is a motivated and self-started professional with previous experience in customer service and/or billing.

Job Title: Invoicing Representative

Pay Range: $20.00 -$23.00 per hour.

Location: Freeport, NY

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Enter into database, review and prepare accurate invoices to clients based upon invoices received from vendors.

• Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendor offices and field technicians.

• Provide superior customer service to Clients.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of experience with billing and collecting payments (required).

• Outstanding attentions to details.

• Great organization and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask.
