A well known property management company is looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to joing their team! This is an entry level role within their Accounting department and has a clear path for growth within their organization. Experience with journal entries, accounts payables, and financial reporting is needed to be successful in this role. Yearly salary starts between $53k-57k depending in experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare inputs for the development of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting

• Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments for inclusion into forecast modeling

• Record and reconcile prepaid expense accounts

• Prepare journal entries, analyze, and report sales and operating expenses

• Monitor and appropriate accounts payable disbursements

• Perform various B2C and B2B sales channel reconciliations

• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
