    The Label Control Coordinator responsible for label inspection issuing, reconciliation and destruction activities within GMP and SOP guidelines as well as performing label adhesion assessment testing.

    The Label Control Coordinator is a knowledgeable and process-oriented person and is ready to make a difference in the Patient's wellbeing. This is a great opportunity for growth at our Philadelphia, PA site and will report directly to the Label Control Manager.

    The Role

    Job Duties:

    • Perform the inspection of all labels, both manufactured in house and externally. Perform proof review.

    • Responsible for assisting with blank label stock inventory management. Receive and process blank label stock. Issue/stage and reconcile clinical labels to/from operations.

    • Perform label destruction per reconciliation requirements, client request and SOPs. Perform label adhesion assessment/studies and document according SOP.

    • Follow prioritization of label processing to ensure the labels are ready when needed.

    • Train on and be up to date on all standard operating procedures (SOPs) relate to job description.

    • Assist in rectifying label problems and reporting outcome to Manager, as required. Participate in and support departmental projects.

    The Candidate

    Education:

    • Bachelors Degree is preferable while High School Graduate equivalency is required with at least 1 year of relatable work experience.

    • Computer literate with experience using spreadsheets and word processing programs.

    • Knowledge and experience with cGMPs and FDA regulations desirable.

    Skills/Experience:

    • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and have the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    • Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills along with above average math skills and must be fluent with Microsoft Outlook with experience using Excel spreadsheets, and Word processing programs.

    • Must have the ability to read small/repetitive text patterns and numeric sequences.

    • Must be customer service oriented with a team-player attitude.
