Description
We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join a growing property management company in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role plays a key part in the property management operations, handling leasing procedures from beginning to end. You will be interacting with prospective tenants, coordinating property viewings, processing lease applications, and ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants into their rental units. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Serve as the point of contact for prospective tenants, providing them with information about available properties, and addressing their inquiries about the leasing process.
Assist in the preparation and processing of lease agreements, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and executed in a timely manner.
Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
Collect and review lease applications from prospective tenants and conduct background checks as necessary.
Communicate application status and lease approval decisions to applicants promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting available rental properties.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team, maintaining accurate records and files related to leasing activities.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Word for office functions and clerical duties.
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenant
Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Word
Experience in executing office functions and clerical duties
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Experience in an office environment would be advantageous.
