    We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join a growing property management company in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role plays a key part in the property management operations, handling leasing procedures from beginning to end. You will be interacting with prospective tenants, coordinating property viewings, processing lease applications, and ensuring a smooth transition for new tenants into their rental units. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the point of contact for prospective tenants, providing them with information about available properties, and addressing their inquiries about the leasing process.

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of lease agreements, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and executed in a timely manner.

    • Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.

    • Collect and review lease applications from prospective tenants and conduct background checks as necessary.

    • Communicate application status and lease approval decisions to applicants promptly.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting available rental properties.

    • Provide general administrative support to the property management team, maintaining accurate records and files related to leasing activities.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Word for office functions and clerical duties.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenant

    Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Word

    • Experience in executing office functions and clerical duties

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

    • Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

    • Experience in an office environment would be advantageous.
