A prestigious law firm boasting a team of 12 accomplished attorneys is currently seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their ranks. Paralegal will handle

• Manage calendars and schedules for attorneys

• Prepare and file court documents and pleadings

• Draft and distribute deposition notices

• Summarize depositions and discovery materials

• Assist in preparing discovery requests and responses

• Maintain organized digital case files in our paperless environment

Federal Litigation Support

• Assist with federal court filings and procedures

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for federal trials

• Ensure compliance with federal court rules and deadlines

Position is ONSITE

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred

• Paralegal certification is a plus

• 2+ years of relevant paralegal and legal assistant experience
