Litigation Attorney

The team is looking to hire a Civil Litigation Attorney immediately.

• Represent clients

• Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, appeals, motions etc.

• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.

• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues.

• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.

• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• A minimum of 10 years in civil litigation.

• Admission to the TX Bar.

• Proven track record of achieving positive legal outcomes.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to manage large caseloads and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with civil litigation cases (employment law, partner disputes, real estate related construction, and collections

• Familiarity with legal research software.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
