  • About the Role

    Responsible for overseeing the ligation print, copy and mail operation; with prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests and prompt, accurate routing of mail and accountable items.

    Your Impact

    Responsible for coordinating the work effort of a group of employees delivering Litigation Copy and Print Work and varied Mail/Package services in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for day-to-day operations, achieving customer satisfaction through on time and accurate delivery of work product. While also exercising judgement within existing policies and procedures, recommending tactics for meeting work plans, mobilizing resources accordingly.

    -Selects, develops and evaluates employees

    -Manages job and staff scheduling

    -Develops and manages relationships with daily and senior level administrators through formal and informal meetings

    -Resolves complaints escalated by the customer or other end users

    -Establishes production and staffing schedule to ensure on time completion of requests

    -Evaluates requests to assess if overtime may be required; seeks appropriate approvals

    -Ensures the appropriate levels of quality are achieved, implementing and monitoring application of quality control procedures

    -Reviews electronic file for print readiness; prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates and performs pre-delivery quality control check.

    -Ensures all activity is tracked and monitored for accuracy and reporting purposes.

    -Manages the completion of daily convenience care functions as needed, including routine upkeep of equipment

    -Responsible for overseeing the prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines and all classed of United States Postal -Services mail.

    -Responsible for overseeing courier and accountable item activities (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc).

    Additional Responsibilities

    In addition to Litigation Production role, this role will be cross-trained in Hospitality, with additional duties that may include:

    -Basic Kitchen setup and restocking

    -Supply delivery to on-premise kitchen and event spaces

    -Supply inventory and ordering

    Please note: this is a customer-facing role and requires a uniform and compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19.

    -Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred, plus less than one year of related experience.

    -Strong leadership skills

    -Organizational skills

    -Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.

    -Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.

    -Good customer service and communication skills.

    -Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    -Ability to work OT as needed.

    -Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.

    -May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).

    -Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

    -Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
