    Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized General Office Assistant to support our operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Important to note - client is highly interested in candidates who have worked at a 3PL company in the past Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

    • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management concepts is a plus.

    salary: $40,000 - $48,000 per year

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

    • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management tasks.

    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.

    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

    • Handle customer requests, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    • Provide support to the logistics team by assisting with shipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation.

    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.

    • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

    • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

    • Assist with coordinating office equipment maintenance, and facility management tasks.

    • Implement and maintain office procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and workflow.
