  • Description: What You Will Be Doing

    F-35 Depot Modification, Kitting & Support representative will provide technical services of the supply operations supporting F-35 Depot Aircraft Modifications Warehouse Support at MCAS Cherry Point, NC. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

    - Receiving/inventorying parts, stores and issues tools, machine tool fixtures, building kits per BOM (Build of Material) and monitoring stock levels required to support Depot Aircraft Modifications.

    - Providing the customer kit/parts status, maintaining records of tools issued to employees, disposing of surplus or obsolete equipment, assisting with part number/ National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification, organizational refusals and kit deliveries.

    - Responsible for providing weekly status reports and timely notifications of any major or recurring problems to the local F-35 Depot Warehouse Manager and Site Fleet Support Representative.

    - Ability to work independently, must be a self-starter and possess strong leadership skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management.

    Basic Qualifications:

    - 4 years of combined experience in supply chain management, inventory management, supply warehouse operations, and part kit management and building kits per BOM (Build of Material) to support high volume depot operations.

    2nd shift work required periodically

    Ability to receive secret security clearance

    Desired Skills:

    - Working knowledge of weapon system support

    - Proficient User of MS Excel, Access, and Power Point

    - Project/process management

    - Experience with FAR 52-245 inventory management practices

    - Previous experience working in Aviation Depot

    - Inventory control experience

    - Shop Floor Control experience

    - Familiar w/ MAXIMO/AMS and SAP - Systems Application Program

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
