    Job Title: Material Planning Lead

    Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months)

    Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46241

    Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift

    Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Order Management: verifies material availability, documentation readiness and confirmation of deliveries to site

    • Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan

    • Ensure daily MRP oversight for all BOM material, analysis of requirements

    • Own MRP relevant data and materials technical specifications

    • Coordinate with warehouse and Quality department to ensure the relevant activities are completed in line with the production needs

    • Manage planning & logistics for sample testing at external test sites

    • Control and follow-up of supplier's service level indicators: Quality OTIF, lead-time violation

    • Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of raw materials in Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Lead action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and drive for continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of material planning experience at a minimum

    • Must be familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems. Examples include Microsoft Dynamics D365 and SAPPrefer BS in Technology / Engineering / Business Management

    Pay Details: $30.77 to $39.46 per hour
