*This position is temp-to-hire and full time!

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation : $16.00/hour.

Hours/Shift:

• M-F schedule, working within the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm

• Must be available to work occasional Saturdays from 9am-12pm, with ability to leave 3 hours early one of the days of the week

What's a typical day as a Member Experience Representative? You'll be:

• Greeting and assisting members in-person, over the phone, and through electronic channels with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.

• Identifying and understanding members' financial needs, providing guidance on our products and services that align with their goals.

• Processing various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.

• Resolving member inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Promoting and educating our members on our products and services, enhancing member relationships and the overall growth of the bank.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate information to members.

• Collaborating with other bank departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified member experience.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have prior customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or financial services setting (preferred).

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Can work in a team environment and independently when necessary.

• Have a genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
