Do you like drafting and arguing your own motions? This may be the attorney opportunity for you! This Attorney will draft and argue their own fee motions. The Attorney will be responsible for arguing the fee motions in court. This is an ideal Attorney opportunity for an attorney who does not like the adversarial litigation process and enjoys legal research and writing. This Attorney is part of an integral team and given a lot of autonomy. The Attorney will have strong support staff, hybrid work schedule, and a very manageable number of motions to draft.

Hybrid onsite: 3 onsite in Century City (2 days remote)

$120,000-$180,000 (DOE) + bonuses

Requirements

• Strong research and writer

• Comfortable arguing own motions in California state court

• 2+ years of strong legal research and writing
