Our client in the consulting industry is seeking a Legal Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Legal Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the class action operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, strong computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Legal Data Entry Clerk
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: 19.50hr
Shift: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Assist in processing and sorting incoming mail for the operations team.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Support the team in maintaining organized records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of mail.
Utilize computer systems to track and manage incoming correspondence.
What's Needed?
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications and software.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
