    Micro Precision is looking for an individual to join our dynamic and growing company. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional who can work both independently and as a team player. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task all responsibilities, maintain professionalism, and help make sure all office processes and procedures are followed. This is a full-time position.

    • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department.
    • Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
    • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
    • Responsible for the facility's day-to-day operations (such as invoicing, creating purchase orders, quoting orders for customers, and updating the internal customer management system)
    • Recording day-to-day expenses into QuickBooks and paying bills to vendors on time.
    • In constant communication with Corporate Headquarters
    • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints;
    • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and conducting monthly safety meetings with staff.
    • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and keep personnel files up to date
    • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
    • Customer Pick up/Deliveries; Receiving inspection; Equipment data entry; Equipment cleaning.
    • Final inspection; Shipping preparations; Confirm Purchase Orders, COD, etc…

    Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Basic Knowledge of Mechanical and Dimensional equipment preferred
    • Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools preferred
    • Basic mathematics understanding
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to work both independently and under the supervision of Senior Technicians
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance

    Training We accept applicants new to the calibration industry who are eager to learn

    Work Environment

    • Work performed in the local laboratory and at customer facilities
    • Up to 25% out of town, overnight travel
