  • Description We are offering a role in the heart of San Antonio, Texas, in the bustling industry of office services. This position as a Copy Clerk is situated in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace environment and provides an opportunity to engage in an array of office functions and operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Servicing office needs across two floors, ensuring operational efficiency

    • Handling scanning and copying duties, operating machinery as needed

    • Undertaking physical tasks such as lifting and boxing

    • Setting up and providing support for hospitality services

    • Walking across different areas of the workplace, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner

    • Interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service

    • Processing and distributing mail efficiently

    • Utilizing skills in basic office and mailroom operations

    • Ensuring adherence to procedures and policies at all times

    • Utilizing communication skills to maintain professional telephone and email etiquette

    • Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills in all tasks

    • Handling sensitive and confidential documents and information responsibly

    • Making independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy

    • Collaborating effectively within a team environment

    • Troubleshooting problems and escalating them to a supervisory level when necessary

    • Adapting to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrating a positive attitude

    • Maintaining logs and records accurately

    • Assuring the quality of work and meeting deadlines

    • Assisting in other office functions as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in customer service and communication skills

    • Experience with office functions and operations

    • Knowledge of standard procedures and policies

    • Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

    • Experience in supervising a team

    • Familiarity with time management and workstation support

    • Understanding of hiring processes

    • Proficiency in scanning and digital document handling

    • Previous experience with receptionist duties is a plus

    • Ability to troubleshoot common office issues

    • Knowledge and experience with facility management

    • Experience with quality assurance practices

    • Ability to distribute faxes and handle paper documents

    • Familiarity with onsite machinery

    • Physical ability for occasional lifting tasks

    • Experience with maintaining logs for record-keeping purposes.
