Randstad is looking for a computer savvy Operations Assistant to join a reputabe company in the Deerfield Beach area. This company has been in business for several decades and is continuing to grow in their Florida location. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for first-hand items needed to assist with any projects or customer purchase. This is a temp to hire opportunity ranging in pay from $18-20/hr based on experience. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls

• Fulfill sample requests as needed

• Provide accurate stock information

• Work with sales team to organize follow ups with customers

• Log and manage project information in Salesforce

• Investigate methods for producing additional project leads

• Review conceptual drawings to qualify projects

• Assist architects/designers with material selection, provide technical data, and send samples

• Launch initial research on projects to ensure transfer to the correct team/individual

• Generate/retrieve leads and delegate to sales team

• Work with sales team to organize follow up

• Packing and shipping of marketing materials
