Operations Clerk

Description

A well respected financial company in the Des Moines area is partnering with Robert Half to find a sharp and personable Operations Clerk to help with a temporary increase in work load. In this Operations Clerk role your main responsibilities will consist of routine general clerical tasks. Individuals that would be successful in this position have basic research experience, great problem solving skills, and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities would include

-Processing payments, tickets, online entries, documents and/or items

-Researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems

-Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries

-Researching and problem solving for customer issues

-Collecting data on logs and reports

-Sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items

Requirements

Requirements include

-6+ months of related work experience

-Detail oriented

-Ability to follow policies and procedures

Knowledge in Microsoft suite

-Flexibility in daily tasks and helping out where it is needed
