    Operations Service Manager Essential Functions:

    • Responsible for the overall coordination and strategic management of the department's operations activities including customer service, relationship management and product implementation.

    • Responsible to develop, review and recommend overall operational processes and procedures.

    • Responsible for client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

    • Ensures budgetary control in the operations department, including staff control and total personnel expense.

    • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.

    • Manages and leads CDS team members with any escalation cases involving fraud or deposit account losses in communicating directly with clients.

    • Responsible for identifying and adhering to all controls and risk measures.

    • Supports migration, conversion, and new service implementation projects.

    • Responsible for staff management and development including performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations and disciplinary action.

    • Other duties

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of directly related experience, managerial experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

    • Motivational, budgeting and project management experience preferred.

    • Requires an extensive in-depth knowledge of identifying opportunities for automation and improving operational efficiencies or related fields and the ability to apply that information to the current role.

    • Consistently utilizes in-depth knowledge of specific function to guide and direct managers and team members in the design and development of creative and resourceful programs and procedures.

    • Applies highly advanced concepts in decision-making and problem-solving activities.
