We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. salary: $16 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using order management systems

• Pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines

• Coordinate with warehouse team members to prioritize order fulfillment and ensure timely shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any order-related inquiries or issues

• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies or address customer concerns

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve order fulfillment processes and efficiency
