Order Management Associate

Hourly pay while working as a Order Management Associate is $20.00/hr based upon shift. Shifts available, 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

START DATE: 6/10

Responsibilities

• Order entry and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers

• Perform order validation and exception resolution such as pricing issues.

• Generate customer order acknowledgements.

• To work as part of a team and deliver quality results by interacting with the customer and providing exceptional service.

• Order monitoring, credits/cancellations and purchase order revisions

• Collaborate with various departments like finance, logistics, sales, and shipping

• Manage and resolve external and internal queries relating to quote/order status

• Responsible for handling inbound customer calls/emails relating to orders, products, and services. Other duties and tasks as requested by management This data is internal to Brunswick.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years customer service experience

• Basic computer

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
