  • Adecco is assisting a well-known client in Clarks Summit, PA recruit for an Outbound Support Assistant

    This position will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The pay is $22 per hour. The role will start as temporary but there is the possibility of hire based on performance and company availability. This is an onsite position- you will not be working remotely. You must report to the facility in Clarks Summit every day. You will also need steel toed footwear, as you will be interacting with the warehouse floor.

    Primary duties for this position will be data entry, generating invoices, system data management, generating PO numbers, printing Bill of Ladings, and ensuring accuracy and system clean up.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Prior experience in a similar administrative role

    • Experience in database management. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. SAP a plus, but strong ability to quickly learn systems and navigate multiple programs

    • Expert problem solver. Must be able to work with cross-functional partners to problem solve and adapt to changing demands.

    • Talented communicator. Excellent communication skills. You will regularly communicate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.

    • Detail Oriented and Rigorously Organized.

    • Self-starter. You will be a member of a results driven team in a "can do" culture and a key contributor in meeting our customers' expectations.

    Pay Details: $22.00 per week
