Description

Robert Half is assisting a prominent law firm in Bethlehem in their search for an experienced real estate paralegal/title agent. This is a contract-based opportunity covering for a leave of absence. The candidate should be proficient in Softpro, experienced with the closing of residential and commercial real estate transactions, and possess experience as a title agent. They will ensure all documents for closings are received and executed completely and work within Softpro to process the transaction and handle correspondence with the title agency to execute closings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience using Softpro

• 2+ years of real estate paralegal experience
