    Shifts for this position would be as follows when scheduled

    Monday - Friday 2:50pm-8pm

    Saturday (Mandatory) 7:50am-2pm or 1:50pm-8pm

    Sunday (2 Sunday's a month Mandatory) 10am-3pm, 2pm-7pm

    Will need to train on days for 5 days 9-3pm and 3 days closing with someone else.

    Description

    The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as may be assigned.

    Maintains the Front Desk Reception, and performs customer service by greeting the customers; directs customers to service area, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas; contacts salespersons for customer; answers and directs incoming telephone communications.

    Orders necessary supplies (i.e. Staples, name tags, etc.) when authorized by managers; performs other clerical duties that may be assigned to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership.

    Maintains a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.

    Retail background is the best fit because of the ability to multitask, customer service skills and the schedule is pretty similar since it's evenings and weekends
