    Job Description:

    This position is 40 hours per week with weekly schedule as follows:

    Week 1

    Sunday and Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Thursday and Friday: 11:00AM - 7:30PM

    Week 2

    Tuesday: 7:00AM - 7:30PM, Thursday and Friday: 11:00AM - 7:30PM, Saturday: 7:00AM - 7:30PM

    To support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit.

    Salary Range:

    $17.00 - $22.55 an hour

    The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

    Job Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    1. Education - HS diploma or GED; or equivalent experience. A.A.S. Degree preferred

    2. Experience - 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with diverse clientele who may be facing medical difficulties preferred.

    3. License: N/A

    4. Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Proven work history of demonstrating proficient and courteous telephone skills and interactions with all customers. Demonstrates clear, professional written and verbal communications. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include word processing, and e-mail at a minimum.
