  • Summary:

    Meta is seeking an experienced payroll operations professional who is results-oriented, has a successful record of delivering high-quality and timely results, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise with payroll systems, as well as domestic multi-state payroll experience.

    Required Skills:

    Payroll Operations Analyst Responsibilities

    1. Integrations (data/file loading): process all data loader files as required for the bi-weekly payrolls. The scope of duties to include load, and audit payroll files, such as RSU, relocation, one-time payments, etc.

    2. Process bi-weekly payroll cycle for US and Canada: responsible for the end-to-end payroll process to include, but not limited to receive, load, audit all external & internal vendor files

    3. receive, load, audit internal files

    4. import time files, complete, settle and close payroll

    5. Run and distribute bi-weekly and on demand reports. Reports to include: Workday standard reports, bi-weekly payroll, and YE/QE reports.

    6. Support system testing, including providing documentation, feedback and offers solutions to documented issues that may arise.

    7. Provide customer support to internal partners, such as HR, Accounting, and IT, as well as external vendors

    8. Work on special projects as needed

    9. Support Workday system and reporting role

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. 5+ years of payroll and multi-state experience

    2. Bachelor's degree

    3. Moderate to Advance software skill and experience, specifically with Excel

    4. Beginning to Moderate skill and experience, with Access, and Power Point

    5. Advanced knowledge of payroll applications and time & attendance systems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

    2. Experience remaining organized and multi-task

    3. Attention to detail is a must

    4. FPC/CPP certification a plus

    5. Moderate to Advance In-house payroll experience, Workday preferred

    Public Compensation:

    $107,000/year to $155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
