We are recruiting for a temporary benefits/payroll specialist position in Georgetown Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a payroll position. This is a temporary position that will last 4+ months. Pay range will be $23-$27 per hour. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 300 Team Members; reviews and ensures accuracy of approved timesheets, tracks and deducts all garnishments, Chapter 12, tax levies, child support orders, 401K loan deductions along with other miscellaneous payroll deductions

• Ensures compliance with ICI policies as well as all federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

• Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)

• Updates payroll records by entering changes in pay, exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, scheduling, and job title and department/division transfers

• Ensures all Team Member changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis

• Responsible for reviewing changes for proper authorization
