    We are offering an exciting opportunity in Greenwich, Connecticut, for a Personal Assistant with proficient bookkeeping skills. The role will involve administrative tasks, finance administration, and the use of QuickBooks.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

    • Manage financial tasks through proficient use of QuickBooks

    • Oversee finance administration, maintaining accurate records and adhering to best practices

    • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate tracking of financial information

    • Respond to inquiries and provide timely and appropriate solutions

    • Coordinate schedules and appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills

    • Prepare essential reports and presentations as required

    • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

    • Collaborate with various teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills

    • Continually improve processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.

    • Experience in finance administration, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial forecasting.

    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management tasks.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Good understanding of business operations and processes.

    • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
