    As a Project Administrative Assistant on our team in Elkton VA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services for our Low Segment Capital Works Program. You'll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance. You'll also support the team maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, working closely with Quality Control leadership to preform Document Control duties. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

    Here's what you'll need :

    • High School diploma or GED, or in lieu of diploma equivalent years of experience

    • At least 3-5 years of onsite project administrative experience within an engineering, construction, or related organization.

    • Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams

    • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Software)

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

    Ideally, you'll also have:

    • College education or degree preferred, but not required

    • Experience working with high-level clients, executives, and government and public officials

    • JPI & Prolog (document repository systems)
