  • Description

    As a Project Coordinator/Administrator in the construction industry, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to construction projects, ensuring efficient project coordination, and facilitating communication among project team members, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and assisting in project planning and execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.

    • Organize and maintain project files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access for project team members.

    • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.

    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for project team members.

    • Act as a central point of contact for project inquiries and communications.

    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members, to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

    • Monitor project timelines and deadlines and communicate any deviations to the project manager.

    • Assist in resource allocation and procurement activities to support project needs.

    • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, ensuring that everyone is informed of project updates, changes, and requirements.

    • Serve as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

    • Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant project communications.

    Requirements - Proficiency in Sage Timberline Software

    • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance

    • Familiarity with the Construction Industry

    • Ability to manage and process Invoice Data

    • Experience in a Benefits Administrator role within the Service industry

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
