  • What Customer Service Management contributes to Cardinal Health

    Customer Service Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

    Accountabilities

    • Working closely with immediate manager as well as across business segments and vendors within the organization.
    • Disciplined execution on managing 4 vendors that Bio Rad, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Siemens and Microgenics
    • Leading a team of 19 Customer Service Representatives
    • QA monitors
    • Reporting
    • Quarterly/Annual reviews with teammates.
    • Participate in and lead process improvement initiatives.
    • Coaching/Counseling teammates

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
    • 0-3 years experience preferred
    • Strong leadership skills
    • A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Covid-19 vaccination includes:

    • Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers
    • Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels
    • Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
