    The Inventory and Quality Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for working with our expert Warehouse and Logistics teams across the world and supporting our commitment to quality. This allows us to remain focused on compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement so that we can deliver for our customers.

    This position is part of the business operations in Whiteland, Indiana, and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    What you'll do

    • Lead Logistics & warehouse CAPA investigations together with QA & Supplier quality, manage customer complaint cases and Support internal and customer quality audits.

    • Train & Coach warehouse operations teams on any quality-related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations. Develop and maintain quality and deviation management processes and Work instructions.

    • Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and warehouse and logistics case management.

    • Recommend improvements to existing processes through Lean / Six Sigma methodology.

    • Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process, and other inventory-related processes. Report on and track aging inventory.

    Who you are

    • Min 1-3 years experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supplier quality environment and managing inventory-related processes like cycle counting and annual physical inventory.

    • A customer-focused person who can multitask with effective problem-solving and root-causing analytical skills.

    • Effective communicator working in a global team environment.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Certification or degree in logistics, materials, or supply chain management

    • Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.

    • Training experience.

    The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
