Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties which includes, but is not limited to, purging material, manage rejections, return to vendors, and On-hold process to ensure internal metrics are met and no impact to customers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Purge material in Warehouse for reported customer escapes, expired shelf-life material and verification of product integrity
Manage internal rejections and Return to Vendor (RTV) process
Assist with the on-hold process
Works with internal groups (Sales, Accounting, Quality, Purchasing) to resolve issues
Call vendors to obtain required information (RMA, Certs, Shipping method)
Move Vendor product for return to a location in Bond cage and scrap material and adjust out of Cardex System
Send inventory out for outside processing: ie: re-lube, testing, etc.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent Degree
2-4 year's of related work experience
Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to read, write and speak English fluently
Proficient in Microsoft office products and use of computers
Education: Associate's Degree in Related Field of Study
Experience in Aerospace Industry
Understand AS-9100 Quality Standard
