Rebates Coordinator
Pay: $50,000 + Also Additional Compensation Will Be Considered For Relevant Work Experience
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

SUMMARY
The Rebate Coordinator will execute strategies to leverage utility and government incentives for retail, commercial, and industrial clients. This role will provide an opportunity to gain exposure to new incentive opportunities for local and national clients. This position supports efforts to help clients improve the ROI of eMobility projects by obtaining available rebates and incentive funds.
The Rebate Coordinator will be Responsible for the ownership and execution of rebates and incentives and other funding programs available to ABM eMobility clients. This includes maintaining a database of available funding opportunities including summary documents listing criteria and creating submission documents and a validation process for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepopulate incentive and rebate forms for client submission.
Update and maintain rebate and incentive database
Validate rebate and/or chargeback submission according to agreed terms
Maintain all utilization and tracking files for all rebate-related programs
Identify, research, and communicate any changes in rebate or chargeback trends.
Distribute utilization files upon completion
Maintain relationships with Rebate and incentive companies that control the programs and will allow for better understanding and application of these programs to help simplify the application process
Process rebate payments according to contractual terms
Validate promotional claims and/or invoices
Assist in audit functions as needed
Assist in developing and maintaining procedures to ensure efficient administration of pricing and rebate documentation
Maintain submission for Carbon Credits
Assist with Sales tools to help inform clients of potential incentives/rebates/etc. that they may be eligible for
Additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Working closely with interdepartmental teams, utility companies, rebate programs, and other agencies to identify rebate incentive opportunities for our customers.
Processing, monitoring, and taking full ownership over all stages of incentive applications for various utility and government programs.
Researching and monitoring various rebate programs nationwide.
Developing and managing relationships with incentive program governing bodies.
Acting as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and local authorities on all incentive program matters.
Being a subject matter expert on various incentive programs and regularly conducting research to support domestic and international market expansion plans.
Excellent follow-up, oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite proficiency and Smartsheet platforms.
Strong organizational and Analytical skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Attention to detail with an ability to detect data inconsistencies
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to travel locally up to 40% of the time
Highly organized and able to keep track of a high volume of open projects in varying stages of completion.
Experience in processing energy efficiency rebate applications
Ability to take full ownership of assignments and work under tight deadlines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent;
