• Write PO's for the internal purchase of materials and other purchases - Process paperwork and forms - Resolve discrepancies with both received and shipped goods - Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system - Tracking of material deliveries, collection and storing of all shipping documents in a timely and cost-effective manner - Assist Managers and accounting to insure accurate and timely invoicing - Keep the team well informed about material availability and order readiness.
