  • Position Title : Receptionist

    Location : Danbury, CT

    Pay : $18/hr. - $20/hr.

    A small organization revolutionizing the tech industry, is currently hiring for a Receptionist to support the company with administrative and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities Include

    • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries

    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

    • Receiving and sorting daily mail

    • Ensure reception area is presentable, with all necessary materials (i.e. forms, brochures, pens)

    • Order front office supplies and keep stock of inventory

    • Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

    • Assist in ad hoc projects as requested

    Qualifications

    • High School Degree (additional certification in Office Management is a plus)

    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)

    • Proficiency with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
