    Responsibilities .

    • Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills.

    • Able to work from 12noon to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

    • Computer literate, courteous, and friendly with a high level of professionalism.

    • Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies,

    • Able to actively listen to client needs and demonstrate empathy.

    • Previous call center and/or work from home experience.

    • Preferably previous experience in toll like Zendesk, salesforce (customer tracking application), be highly motivated to work, be highly flexible and welcome change/improvements.

    Qualifications for this Office Assistant job are

    • 1+ years of Call center experience.

    • Ability to read, write and speak English and French

    • Equipment Requirements:

    • Client will provide laptop.

    • Needs to own headphones with speaker.

    • Reliable high-speed internet

    • Have a quiet place at home to work.

    • The starting pay rate for these Remote Call Center Bilingual (English/French) job is $15.00+. Work schedule is between 12noon-9pm, Monday to Friday.
