Sales Accounting Specialist

Location: Amcor in Manchester

Compensation: $25-30 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generate customer invoices through SAP, process includes reviewing the billing due list, print, mail, email, and enter on various customer portals as necessary

• Maintain the SharePoint site where manual invoices / credit memos are requested in accordance with ARPNA policies

• Research any customer invoice / sales order issues as necessary

• Work with ARPNA plant personnel and sales managers to resolve customer invoice issues

• Process customer returns and claims

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience

• 2-3 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge and experience in Sales Accounting and SAP

• Must have advanced Excel skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of clearly articulating thoughts
