Sales Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Doral, Florida. This role is primarily focused on assisting with sales of our services to new and potential clients in the Miami Dade County area. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, setting up appointments, and presenting our services.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers within the Miami Dade County area for our logistics solutions

• Make calls to set up appointments with potential clients

• Visit potential customers to introduce and present our services

• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to manage and report on sales activities

• Handle customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers

• Perform cash activity and closing processes as required

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Participate in outside sales activities to promote our services and build client relationships. Requirements - Proficiency in CRM software is required

• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with 'About Time' software is desirable

• Ability to handle cash activity efficiently and accurately

• Familiarity with closing processes in a sales environment

• Experience in handling customer complaints and providing timely, effective resolutions

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives (C-Suite)

• Experience in outside sales is a plus

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting and editing documents

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
