SUMMARY Insures that customers receive the best sales service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other departments as required. Act as customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, shipping and billing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Coordinates customer master setup. Creates order/ billing with reference to quote and verifies all information; liaises with sales staff. 2. Insures the accuracy of all billing, processing of debit and credit memos 3. Communicate significant information regarding customer accounts/orders to appropriate internal departments including ensuring Sales Representatives are informed of pertinent activity regarding individual accounts. 4. Serve as a link between the customer and the sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements including addressing order changes. 5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues and escalates to manager or appropriate internal departments when needed. Support job site close out (damages and shortages and conversion to sale) 6. Maintain organized customer files. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAP; Excel and Microsoft Word.
