    Position Purpose: As a Sales Support Administrator you will report to the Division Sales Director. You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Marks sales technology, programs and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, supporting the sales team members and Core-Marks wide variety of business solutions.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • New account set up and maintenance.

    • Implement pricing strategy and ongoing updates.

    • Selling Technology Administrator, managing sales & customer usernames, passwords and handheld ordering devices.

    • Reporting on all sales related activity.

    • Sales related support with payroll time & attendance, compensation, event planning.

    • Division Repsly, CRM, BI-APP technology administration.

    • Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance.

    • Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management)

    • Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.

    • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

    • Skills & Experiences:

    • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

    • DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred.

    • Ability to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer.

    • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook.

    • Ability to perform math calculations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Intermediate knowledge of warehouse management systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office (word, Excel, etc.)

    • Ability to perform administrative work including: data entry and paperwork processing.

    • Ability to communicate effectively.

    • Ability to disperse information to the company and across the warehouse.

    • Ability to analyze data, review the operations information, and make suggested changes to improve operational performances.

    • Ability to learn and use electronic warehouse management software.
