    Organization: Semiconductor Test Sales

    Role: Sales Support Admin for Key Account

    Location: Austin, TX

    Summary:

    Teradyne is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support our key account activities and a team of sales account managers. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and the satisfaction of our major clients. The right candidate will have a passion for customer service, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Support:

      • Manage and update sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.

      • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.

      • Track and report on key account metrics, ensuring that targets are met.

    2. Client Relations:

      • Act as a primary point of contact for key account inquiries related to order processing and sales logistics.

      • Ensure all client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

      • Assist with the resolution of any client issues in coordination with the sales account managers.

    3. Administrative Tasks:

      • Manage HCL Notes data, ensuring all client details are up-to-date.

      • Coordinate travel arrangements for sales account managers as required.

      • Organize and maintain electronic filing and documentation systems.

      • Process purchase orders and sales orders in a timely manner.

    4. Collaboration:

      • Work closely with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth transactions.

      • Attend regular sales team meetings and provide administrative input.

      • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field or equivalent work experience.

    • 2+ years of experience in a sales admin, administrative assistant, or related role.

    • Familiarity with HCL Notes (Preferred)

    • Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • A proactive and positive attitude.
